How the courses work
The courses are designed for managers and leaders in different roles, levels, markets, and locations, promoting peer-to-peer learning as well as learning from the course material and activities. Underpinned by the latest theories on effective learning, the courses provide a rich, engaging and practical experience.
Our courses comprise a combination of high-quality facilitated group sessions, self-paced e-learning delivered via email, and between-session tasks. All courses are predominantly skills-based, combining easy to apply theory and frameworks. We build in clear teaching of skills and opportunities for practise.
A typical course is comprised of up to 12 participants, 9 hours facilitated on-line time over 4 sessions with 2 hours off-line bite-sized learning for session review and preparation.
